Helps you define the priorities of your own mental and physical needs by developing a strategic, authentic leadership plan to lead others with authenticity, integrity, and ethics to achieve higher levels of success!
Works with you to understand your mental health through strengths-based support for living with mental and behavioral health difficulties. She will create an action-oriented self-care strategy plan with an emphasis on improving one’s present life and reaching goals for the future by addressing distressing thoughts and emotions.
Works with you to uncover stressors and challenges in your life that you know you need to change but haven’t. Together we will paint a picture of what life looks like when you make that change.
